Larsa Pippen's Husband Scottie Pippen Demands ‘Prenup Be Amended Without Alimony’ And Files For Full Custody Of Their Four Children!

Scottie and Larsa Pippen’s divorce is getting nasty. According to a new report, the NBA star is demanding their prenup be amended without alimony. Plus, Scottie just filed for full custody of their four children! Get all the details here.

Scottie Pippen is said to have filed for full custody of his four children and demanded his prenuptial agreement with wife of 20 years Larsa be amended.

As previously reported, the former NBA legend filed for divorce last week amid claims police were called to his Florida home twice this month before the legal filing due to 'domestic disturbance'.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online from Broward County Circuit Court, it's revealed that Scottie has asked for 'ultimate responsibility' of the couple's children: Scottie Jr, Preston, Justin and Sophia.

“The Husband requests that this Court…allocates parental responsibility whereby the Husband is awarded ultimate responsibility over issues relating to education, health care, and general welfare of the minor children,” Scottie’s attorneys wrote.

He also announced he will file a Petition for Relocation on behalf of the children, and plans to relocate them to Chicago, Illinois. If forced to stay in Florida, Scottie said he should have the kids the “majority” of the time.

“If the Petition…is not granted, then it is in the minor children’s best interests that the Husband be awarded the majority of timesharing with the minor children during the pendency of this action and permanently thereafter,” the lawyers said.

Scottie, who is worth an estimated $50 million, pleaded with the court to not demand he pay alimony to his wife Larsa. In addition, it is claimed he requested the right to 'amend' the couple's prenup.
