Bethenny Frankel Sells Tribeca Apartment For $6.95 Million!

It may have taking Bethenny Frankel almost four years to be able to list her $6.95 million apartment, after settling her divorce from ex-husband Jason Hoppy. But on Thursday, The Real Housewives of New York City star revealed that it only took her one day to sell her luxurious Tribeca apartment.

"Now I'm allowed to say it: I sold my apartment in one day!" the 45-year-old gushed on Snapchat. "Oh my god, I'm so happy," Bethenny continued, adding: "After all those years... one day!"

The Skinnygirl mogul star sold the 3,600 square feet Tribeca property - which comes with A-list neighbors such as Beyonce and Jay Z - for an eye-watering $6.95 million.

The home was sold by Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund.

Fredrick opens up about the sale, says it was not about the money but to help Frankel move on.

"It was the second person who saw it. It was the first day on the market and the contract went out the following day," he told The Daily Mail, adding: "It was full ask."

While selling a multi-million dollar home is always exciting, selling Bethenny’s unit was more important than money as it brought his friend closure.

"She is very important to me and she's a close friend of mine and I feel proud of what we accomplished here on my end," Fredrik gushed. "I want to do her right."

Fredrik also celebrated the sale on Instagram on Thursday, posting that he had unloaded Bethenny's 'Tribeca loft at 195 Hudson at FULL ASK of $6.95M in just ONE DAY,' hashtagging it: "Record Year" and "Raining Meatballs."

A week earlier he had taken to Instagram to post a selfie alongside Bethenny as he gushed about listing the apartment, writing: "Thank you for trusting me to sell your apartment, Bethenny."

He had called the New York City apartment "so bright and beautiful" and excitedly directed followers to the link in his bio for information. According to its listing, the home is currently set up as a four-bedroom loft with an office, however it could be converted into a five-bedroom home.

There are also three bathrooms, including a spa-like master bathroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting between the two other bedrooms.
