"He's lost over 30 pounds… he looks amazing. I can't wait for him to come home. I say, ‘You're not coming home until you have abs,'" she told Extra, adding, “I talk to him every day, sometimes twice a day. He calls me and we email constantly throughout the day, and I see him every week.”
Before he began his sentence earlier this year, Joe shared that he hoped to start a healthier lifestyle at FCI Fort Dix. "I haven't stopped drinking in I don't know how long, so I could definitely use it just for that, you know?" Joe told Entertainment Tonight back in March. "[It's] probably going to be a good thing for me, health-wise anyway."
If you recall, Teresa also embraced fitness during her time at Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, finding a new passion for yoga. She told Extra, “I love the way [yoga] makes me feel… It really has changed my life. It just keeps me grounded and carefree and I love the way it makes my body feel.”
