"Hi everyone. I didn’t leave you all watching the Melbourne ladies alone, I have been a little busy with work (Yes, I am filming my new show Relative Success) but couldn’t resist sharing my thoughts on the finale.
WOW, where do I begin?! It has been a roller coaster of a season and after all the Dubai drama I was happy to see Chyka Keebaugh and Lydia finally sit down together. I think Lydia Schiavello needed to apologize to Chyka, after her behavior in Dubai and all the so called rumors swirling around it felt long overdue. It’s a shame the rest of the dinner didn’t go as smoothly as their sit down.
The issues that the ladies have with Lydia seem like they are going to take a while to resolve, especially with Jackie Gillies. I do however think Jackie is guilty of what she points the finger for, stirring the pot and gossiping! It doesn’t help when Lydia comes off as so self-absorbed that she can’t remember Susie’s wedding or acknowledge that she hasn’t been a good friend to Pettifleur Berenger. And her apology, if you can call it that, was ridiculous but hey at least she “Spock.” But…having donkeys come to her Mother’s birthday party was sweet, and her Mum seemed to love it!
I have so enjoyed watching the ladies, and I can’t wait to see the Reunion and what else is in store. I am still fantasizing about an invitation to a Chyka event and Gina Liano where’s my perfume??"
