Multiple sources confirm that Wainstein will not be returning as a full-time cast member for the show's ninth season.

Her exit from the Bravo hit reality show may be due from her ongoing divorce drama with estranged husband Michael Wainstein.
In recent months they have made headlines surrounding their separation.Back in June, it was announced that they were divorcing after eight years of marriage after she allegedly caught him cheating on her then police were called after she felt threatened by her ex and was later granted with a temporary restraining order following a disturbance in August.
In part two of the RHONY season eight reunion, things will heat up between Jules and Bethenny—who memorably clashed when Jules was introduced to the cast—as Bethenny reveals information about Jules' marriage.
