Cynthia Bailey's estranged husband has found himself in more financial trouble. Earlier this month is was reported that The Real Housewives of Atlanta husband was accused of defrauding an investor over $150K and according to a new report, Thomas is approximately $350,000 in tax debt.

According to court records obtained by Radar Online, the 55-year-old has been slapped with four separate liens relating to his former Atlanta hot spot, Bar One.

On June 10, 2014, Thomas was hit with a $43,028 federal tax lien. Two months later, he received two state liens: One for $15,302, and another for a whopping $216,610.

And on February 9, 2015, after Bar One had already closed its doors, the reality star was slapped with a final state lien for $74,720.

He does not appear to have paid off any of the liens.

Though Bar One filed for bankruptcy in 2013, the case was ultimately dismissed, meaning Thomas was still responsible for the company’s many debts.

In February 2014, Thomas was sued for allegedly falling $100,000 behind on rent for Bar One. It closed down for good just months later.

Bailey may be dodging a financial bullet. The model, 48, announced her separation from her husband of six years in June. “I am definitely taking some time to myself to figure out how I want to move forward,” she said.
