Teresa Giudice Wants To Compete On ABC's Dancing With The Stars!

Teresa Giudice is hoping to follow in Joanna Krupa, Lisa Rinna, Lisa Vanderpump, Kim Zolciak, Kim Fields and NeNe Leakes' footsteps, as The Real Housewives of New Jersey star reportedly wants to compete on ABC's competitive reality show, Dancing with the Stars.

"Teresa is scrambling for cash so a Dancing With The Stars gig -and the paycheck that comes with it - would be a huge help," a source reported.

Teresa and husband Joe have been hit with a $551,563 tax bill in recent weeks, so this would be perfect for them to pay off some debt claims the publication.

"Teresa is trying to act casual about it, telling friends that it would be fun and that she'd be in great shape," said a source.

"But everyone knows the truth: she's desperate to get on the show because she doesn't have a dime."

It was reported back in February that the New York Best Selling author and mother-of-four was asked to join the ABC hit dance competition series but "she didn't do it because she didn't want to be away from her girls."

"Her focus is family," the source tells People. "Her kids are in school and she would not have wanted to be away from them, even for a couple days a week. She sacrificed a nice paycheck to be home with her girls."

It Teresa does join the show, she won't be the first Housewife to appear. NeNe Leakes, Lisa Vanderpump, Lisa Rinna, Joanna Krupa, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and most recently Kim Fields have all appeared on the series previously.
