Tamra Judge Blames Vicki Gunvalson For Kelly Dodd's Feud With Shannon Beador!

Tamra Judge is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Tamra Judge shares her take on David and Vicki Gunvalson's argument and Shannon Beador and Kelly Dodd's feud.

Tamra writes:

"I love seeing couples workout together especially when in a CUT Fitness Strong shirt, thanks for representing Shannon. I know Shannon has had some struggles with her weight lately but she is really starting to look wonderful. Keep up the great work. Consistency is the key to success.

Meghan was cracking me up under the influence of trying to get pregnant...LOL. "Mom we're gonna do drugs, oh I did weed." The things we say while under the influence. I'm sure watching it she was cringing.

Meeting Vicki at her office across the street from CUT Fitness was a first in a long time. It was nice to be able to go over and talk like old times. Recapping the night after the '70s party...it was all so crazy. When Vicki started talking about David I asked her if she provoked him in any way. David is not the kind of guy to make a scene. She said, "No, I was talking to his friend and he didn't like that." Now watching, she clearly was not telling the truth. Watching it a second time, I see Vicki got in David's face and continued to push him. Not saying David was justified, just saying Vicki is not so innocent.

Vicki and I both agreed that we would probably feel set up, too, if we were Kelly. But what you did hear me say was, "But what would Shannon get out of setting Kelly up?"

I fell in love with Kelly's mom Bobbi when I watched her give Kelly advice. I, too, think Shannon and Kelly started off on the wrong foot and Vicki got to Kelly by filling her head full of gossip about Shannon. If Kelly would just give Shannon a chance she might actually like her. Yes you have to forgive in order to forget...amen Bobbi, I am so sick of hearing people say, "I'll forgive, but I won't forget."

As you know by now Mia is a big part of my life, she is like the sister I always wanted. Yes, sometimes she can get annoying in a mom kind of way..."Did you eat enough, did you take all your supplements, how much water have you drank?" I brought Mia out of retirement when I asked her to train me, for the record she said NO at first. Mia gave up training to have kids after a long a successful career in bodybuilding and TV hosting. Mia is a fitness icon that has competed in hundreds of competitions, graced the covers of many fitness magazines and went on to win Ms. Olympia. When I agreed to do this fitness competition I really didn't know what I was getting myself into. I knew I had to eat clean, train mean and get up on stage in a bling'd out bikini and stripper heels. Why do I want to do this? I had NO idea I had to do a theme wear, to me all that meant was additional time walking on stage. UGH!

Since Mia has done so many competitions she has all the hook ups I need, Maggie lives on the east coast and made me the best, most beautiful suit off of measurements alone. Maggie is an IFBB Pro so she knows how important a good fitting suit is. There's something about a bikini, stripper heels, stage lights and a surfboard that scares the crap out of me.

I wanted to throw a last hurrah for Meghan before she got pregnant...stay tuned for that s*** show.

I thought it was big of Kelly for calling Shannon and asking her to lunch. I respect Kelly for telling Shannon that it was hard for her to say sorry, but I'm sure that bottle of wine she drank at lunch helped. LOL. The girls just seemed to go back and forth and I'm not sure much was fixed. Shannon assured her that she did not set her up, but Kelly was not believing it. The part that I didn't understand is when Kelly called Shannon racist because Shannon said she was dressed like an Indian??? Then put words in Shannon's mouth by saying, "So you're insinuating Indians are ugly?" Shannon never said anything like that. Kelly was dressed more like Pocahontas. That's NOT '70s and that's how I took it.

Starting in September CUT Fitness will be offering Fitcamps to teach you all the tools you need to get the body you want. Get your tickets here.

I get a lot of questions asking, "How do you have so much energy?" to get up at five A.M. and work out for three hours. My answer is SPARK. Nutrition is number one. You must eat healthy always. I also take supplements to help me with added protein, amino acids, vitamins, rehydration and recovery. I also run a weight loss challenge on a private FB group. If you have any questions about the supplements I am taking email me at this link."
