TMZ reported that Michael is seeking an order limiting Jules' to supervised visitation with five-year-old Jagger and three-year-old Rio.
His attorney is preparing documents asking a judge for primary custody because his estranged wife is 'just too erratic' to care for them, reports the site.
It all went down after police arrived at the former couple's home Wednesday morning after Jules called police on her estranged husband.
"Officers received a call at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday morning of a disturbance," the NYPD confirmed to E! News. "When officers showed up they spoke to both parties and advised for each, if they felt threatened by the other, to file a restraining order." No arrests were made.
There was no evidence of injury, and no arrests were made. Later that day Jules went to family court and "was granted a temporary restraining order" against Michael. "She is a great mom who is just focused on her kids right now. "With the ongoing drama starting to take its toll, the source tells E! News. Jules is "trying take the high road."
A rep for Jules, told People: "Unlike her soon-to-be ex-husband and his lawyer, Jules will not use the press to discuss her divorce proceedings."
"She is concerned about the welfare and privacy of their children and feels that is what a courtroom is for," adds the rep. "They're due in court very soon."
Michael filed for divorce from Jules after the reality star allegedly caught him cheating on her. He has denied the accusations via his legal team. The two share two children together: son Jagger, 8, and daughter Rio, 5.
