Dorinda Medley Comes To Luann de Lesseps' Fiancé's Defense, Says Tom Is Not Looking For Fame!

Luann de Lesseps' fiancé Thomas D'Agostino Jr. has been the focal point on this season of The Real Housewives of New York City due to his past relationship history with Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer. While some have accused him of being an opportunist for dating multiple housewives, one RHONY cast member comes to his defense, Dorinda Medley.

One Watch What Happens Live caller even asked Dorinda Medley, who introduced Luann to Tom, if she thought he had been with three RHONY cast members in an effort to get famous.

"No, I don't. I don't think so," she said during last Wednesday's episode.. "I think Tom is one of these guys who has dated a lot of women on the Upper East Side."

Jules Wainstein, who was also on WWHL that day chimed in and said the couple seems "genuinely happy." "I've spent a lot of time with Tom and Luann. They're a good couple. They're nice," the RHONY newbie said.

Ultimately, Dorinda said Tom's tendency to date RHONY cast members was all about location, location, location. "They both like to date, so when you live in this small island called Manhattan, you're bound to run into exes and other people," she told Andy Cohen.
