Shannon Beador Dishes On Her 70's Party And Reacts To Kelly Dodd And Vicki Gunvalson's Comments On David's Infidelity!

Shannon Beador's '70s party went from groovy to a total disaster after things got heated between her and Kelly Dodd. As we saw on Monday night's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the drama culminated in the newbie saying to Shannon's husband David Beador, "No wonder why you've cheated on your wife."

Now, Shannon is reacting to Kell's comments in a recent interview. "For her to make that statement, today, that's about the cruelest thing that somebody could say to me," Shannon told The Daily Dish. "It really is because nobody deserves to have their spouse cheat on them. Nobody deserves — no matter what happened — nobody deserves that. And for her to say that at my party in front of a group of people, it's just unbelievable to me."

"When it happened, I saw red. I don't even know what I said. I couldn't believe it. And everyone's mouths dropped wide open," she said. "It's just cruel. I just don't really understand how people can be so cruel. I would never have said something like that, ever."

Though Shannon has said that she and David have moved on from that difficult time in their marriage, it's still not easy for the RHOC mom to relive a moment like that today.

"You know what, I guess I will say it is difficult to watch back because I don't scream at people like that, and I was screaming at that party, and that's not what I do," Shannon admitted. "I think I screamed in my first season at [Lizzie Rovsek's] dinner party. I said, 'You'll all see the truth (clip below)!' And I'm doing it again. That Kelly, she knows how to push buttons."

However, Shannon wasn't as offended by Vicki Gunvalson calling David "a cheater" during their argument at the party about the OG's involvement in the controversy surrounding her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers and his cancer diagnosis last season. "Vicki brought it up in a different context because he was accusing her of lying and they were going back-and-forth. And I wasn't even there when they were having that exchange," Shannon explained. "I think that what Kelly did is much, much worse. It just was a very, very cruel thing to say."

But perhaps the worst part of it all was Kelly's demeanor after she commented on David's infidelity, according to Shannon. "What was really horrifying to me was to look at her expression after she said it," Shannon said. "She was very proud of herself. She had a big smile on her face, and that's just, that's wrong."
