RHONJ Season 7 Premiere Pulls Lowest Ratings In Series History!

The numbers are in and it doesn't look good! The Real Housewives of New Jersey returned this month with their anticipated seventh season after being on hiatus over a year. However, it looks like viewers didn't tune in to the Bravo hit reality show.

Radar Online reports that the season 7 premiere episode only grabbed the attention of 1.7 million viewers — the lowest in the series’ history!

The show premiered in 2009, and quickly topped The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of New York City. The RHONJ season two premiere was the highest Monday night rating in Bravo’s history.

RHONJ hit its prime in 2012, with 3 million viewers tuning in for season four premiere. The average viewership was 2.7 million for seasons two and three.

But season six only hit 1.9 million viewers — meanwhile, Giudice's Bravo special Teresa Checks In, only averaged 1.3 million.

The show's season six premiere episode only drew in 2.1 million viewers — and dropped to 500,000 the following week.

Hopefully the show picks up because this season it looks like it's going to be hella juicy!
