Melissa Gorga: “I Am My Own Spirit Animal, And I Own It!”

Melissa Gorga is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Melissa talks about Melissa Mother F---ing Gorga and reveals her husband's feelings about her new boutique.

Melissa writes:

"Hi everyone!

Jersey’s changin’ and I hope you all enjoyed the fun episode!

Siggy and Teresa threw a great party for Dolores. Every Jersey girl has to have a little leopard in their wardrobe! As you could see, I may have had a little too much FUN, but it was nice to have all the girls together and to let loose. I am my own spirit animal, and I own it! I love when Melissa Mother F---ing Gorga comes out to play. The car ride home with Teresa and I was one of my favorite moments from the episode. We definitely have a good time together. For the record, she is a terrible driver! LOL. 

Another favorite from the episode was seeing Dolores’ family. I am absolutely obsessed with her grandmother. God bless her! And we also got to see Siggy’s beautiful children. I have to say the new girls are such a great addition.

This week, Envy really starts to come together. I love being able to bring my personal style to the boutique. I spent a lot time meeting with designers and visiting showrooms. I am so proud of the Envy team and my business partner, Jackie, for helping me bring my dream into a reality and no matter what we may disagree on, we both put our hearts into creating Envy and want to make it a success.

As you all know, I absolutely love being a mom. It is the most rewarding job in the world and being able to pursue other projects is definitely a change to our daily family dynamic, especially for Joe. I am still trying to figure out the balance between being a mom, and a wife, and a store owner. You will definitely get to see how Joe and I maneuver these changes. He may drag his feet and give me a hard time, but he really is supportive of Envy; he built the entire store and I cannot thank him enough.

I can’t wait for you to see the opening of Envy next week!"
