According to court documents obtained by People, David Foster and Yolanda Hadid are in accord over the issue of spousal support. According to the documents, neither the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star nor the legendary music producer will pay spousal to the other.
"There is no animosity" over the issue, a source tells People. "Both are happy with their arrangement; it was done and settled months ago."
The pair separated back in December 2015. Hadid, officially filed for divorce from Foster in January 2016 citing irreconcilable differences for the demise of their nine year relationship, four of which they spent married.
"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple said in a joint statement. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
Shortly after releasing that statement, Hadid told Andy Cohen during a conversation on Watch What Happens Live! that her battle with Lyme disease had "changed the dynamic of the relationship."
