"I do look different. I’ve had Botox in my jaw," she told during DailyMail.com. "You can see that my jaw has completely changed."
According to Frankel, it all started about three years ago when her dermatologist suggested that she inject Botox in her jaw "because it's so tense" as a result of grinding her teeth for years. The treatment, along with getting a night guard about eight years ago, has helped to relax the muscles in Bethenny's jaw, thus softening her formerly defined square jawline, according to DailyMail.com.

The Skinnygirl mogul said the results have allowed her to change up her look even more recently. "I think it’s why I can take a shorter haircut," she said.
Bethenny said she previously had Botox injected elsewhere on her face and still occasionally gets it. "I don’t do it religiously," she told DailyMail.com. "Maybe once a year when I think of it, l’ll be like, oh I look like a Shar Pei, let me do that."
Bethenny also shot down claims that she has had invasive work done on her face, although she has been open about having work done on her breasts in the past. "I have not had invasive plastic surgery, I have not had a nose job," she said.
