"I plan to make it a weekend to remember, with a cocktail party on a private yacht kicking it off," she tells People of the Palm Beach, Florida, destination wedding set for New Year's Eve (which also happens to be D'Agostino's 50th birthday).
This is the second wedding for the Bravo reality star. She eloped in 1993 and wed French count Alexandre de Lesseps, however the two divorced in 2009. This time around she plans to make it a traditional affair presided over by a Catholic priest.
And there will be plenty of extras for her 200 guests – the couple is hosting a big brunch for everyone on New Year's Day and hints she's inviting some "special friends" to add to the festivities.
"We are so happy, and I'm grateful to have found a love and a soulmate the second time around," she says. "Tom is a great catch."
