While she's not ready to divulge specifics, she says she hopes RHONY viewers will learn from her struggles.
"I'm dealing with it head on and viewers will understand how I personally deal with matters such as this," Frankel, 45, says. "I hope women can relate, learn and support each other in life moments like this."
Still, Frankel isn't slowing down. On Thursday night, she hosted a fiesta party, and invited her fellow Housewives to provide a sneak peak of her new Watermelon Lime Margarita that will come out this summer.
Frankel was seen reacting to scary news in the first trailer for RHONY season 8, with her tearfully saying, "I have to do surgery" and that she needs to explore a "living will."
