Sneak Peek: Kim Richards' Daughter Kimberly Says Looking After Her Mom Is ‘Overwhelming’ During Therapy Session On Lifetime's ‘The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition’

On Tuesday, March 1st, Kim Richards is making her return to reality television as she will make her grand return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as she will be reuniting with her sister Kyle. The former Disney child star will also appear on Lifetime's newest reality series, The Mother/Daughter Experience: Celebrity Edition, as she and her younger daughter Kimberly will embark in an intense therapy sessions as they try to work on their relationship.

In this sneak peek preview courtesy via The Daily Mail, Kim Richards' youngest daughter Kimberly Jackson says she feels more like her mother's caretaker than her daughter.

"I feel like someone needs to protect her," she told therapist Debbie Magids.

Kimberly explained that being on the show and having people 'talk bad about her' has affected Kim a lot.
"I feel like I'm her caretaker because she's fragile, physically and emotionally. And it does overwhelm me," the 21-year-old said.

The former child star and sister of Kyle Richards acknowledged that being on Real Housewives has been 'an experience.' "It's been a roller coaster ride," said Kim. "It really hurt me because I was struggling with certain things."

Kim acknowledged it might be hard for her daughter to watch her 'getting beat up by some of the girls' on RHOBH. "But you know what I get through it. I do. And I'm okay," said the mother-of-four.

She also wept as she explained that it found it 'devastating' to think she had let her kids down 'in any way.'

Kimberly is Kim's daughter from her past relationship with John Jackson. She also has a daughter Brooke from her marriage to the late Monty Brinson, and a daughter Whitney and a son Chad from her second marriage to  Gregg Davis.

The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition features six sets of celebrity mothers and daughters who work with therapist Dr. Debbie Magids over eight weeks of intensive therapy. Other families set to appear on the show include The Hills alum Heidi Pratt and mom Darlene Egelhoff; Courtney Stodden and mom Krista Stodden; Bad Girls Club alum Natalie Nunn and mom Karen; Kevin Federline's ex, Shar Jackson and her daughter Cassie; and Hollywood Exes star Jessica Canseco and daughter Josie.
