Kim wasn't a full time cast member this season due to her ongoing addiction issues, but now that she's back on the wagon an insider said Bravo is desperate to have her come to the reunion.
"Kim knows how much the network wants her, and she is hoping to score a hefty payday," the source revealed to Radar Online. "She has bills to pay!'
In dealing with Monty Brinson's cancer diagnosis for the last two years "essentially put Kim's life on hold," the source told Radar. "She always wanted to be there for him, and the rest of her life suffered. She wasn't able to be completely devoted to her sobriety."
Relying on sisters Kathy Hilton and Kyle for financial support has been "very humbling for Kim," the insider explained. "It's now time for Kim to take responsibility for earning a paycheck."
"Kim wants the world to see how she has been able to overcome so many obstacles, including two arrests, and trips to rehab," the insider said. "She never gave up, even when everything was stacked against her. She wants to come back to RHOBH next season, happy and healthy."
"More than anything, family is the most important thing for Kim. With her daughter, Brooke happily married, it's only a matter of time until she becomes a grandmother," said the insider. "She wants to be a role model and inspiration for her kids."
Kim will be appearing on Lifetime's The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition, with her younger daughter, Kimberly Jackson.
