Kyle Richards Dishes On Yolanda Foster's Health — Plus, Addresses Feud With Sister Kathy Hilton And Kim Richards' Sobriety!

In a recent interview, Kyle Richards dishes on about Yolanda Foster's Lyme disease diagnosis, lingering tension with sisters Kim Richards and Kathy Hilton and her feud with ex co-star Brandi Glanville and shuts down rumors that she's quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On Tuesday morning, the former child star stopped by Access Hollywood, when asked about the drama surrounding Yolanda Foster's Lyme disease, Kyle had this to say.

"All of us, everyone doesn't dispute that she has Lyme disease. I think it was, 'Does she have something else?' " said Kyle. "There was just a lot of confusion about it." What about Lisa Rinna, 52? "She brought it up on camera, which was obviously – Lisa Vanderpump and I were like, 'Oh god, here we go,' " Kyle said. "There was kind of like chatter about that, but even Yolanda herself has said she has been doubted by her own family. I don't think that's something she's not used to."

Though the model is still "suffering," Kyle said her pal has been relaxing on her family ski trip.

"I do know that she seems to be feeling better now," she said. "she's been in Aspen, so that's good."

a few weeks ago, Kyle Richards confirmed to TMZ that she was going to quit the Bravo hit reality series, however Richards shut down rumors claiming otherwise.

"We've all quit many times," Kyle told Access Hollywood, laughing. "The truth is, until the show's officially picked up, no decisions have been made." Kyle acknowledged that her family's feud over invitations to Nicky Hilton's lavish London nuptials was difficult to watch play out on TV but said in the end, "it was a beautiful day."

She also said she's never discussed her participation on the reality series with any of her relatives, including Rick.

"It's a hard show, putting your life out there. ... Obviously, there are things you don't want out there ... you don't pick and choose," she explained. "I think it came about because stuff came up about my niece and the wedding. I really did not want those things in the show, but ... we signed up for this, and it's a reality show. There is no script, so what can we do? It's our life."

Kyle's sister Kim isn't back as a full-time cast member this season after relapsing with her alcoholism and being arrested for twice over the summer. Though the sisters remain estranged in the episodes currently airing, Kyle said their relationship now is "a work in progress" but they're "very good, and that makes me happy."

Kyle said Kim even came over to her house Monday night to help send her daughter Alexia Umansky, 19, back to school at Emerson College in Boston. (Kim's fallout with Kyle was exacerbated in November 2014 after her beloved pitbull Kingsley bit the girl's thumb down to the bone.)

As for Kim's sobriety, Kyle said "she's doing really well. She's good. She seems solid, and she looks beautiful and healthy and happy."

When asked about her relationship with former cast member, Brandi Glanville, Kyle had this to say:

"I don't have to shoot with someone if I don't want to, and I don't have to invite someone to a party if I don't want to," Kyle explained.

When Bush pushed her for more on Brandi's reality show demise, Kyle said, "I think she got a little carried away."

"If you're making a reality show ... and you want it to be as real and authentic as possible, how does it make sense if none of us want to spend any time with her?" she continued. "She did that with herself. She personally made it impossible for me to shoot with her."

"I didn't want to be tortured anymore!" she added with a laugh.
