Real Housewives Stars React To Yolanda And David Foster's Divorce!

A few hours before The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six premiere, Yolanda Foster and David Foster announced that they were getting a divorce after four years of marriage on Tuesday, December 1. Soon after, Yolanda received support from her co-stars and other fellow Housewives via social media.

"I was so sorry to hear about Yolanda Foster and David," Eileen Davidson tweeted Tuesday. "My love to them both."

RHOBH alum Adrienne Maloof also sent some compassion her way on Twitter. "Sending positivity and love to my friend Yolanda Foster during this difficult time," she said. "I am always here for you."

Kyle Richards reacted to the news on Watch What Happens Live. "It's very sad," Kyle told Andy Cohen.

When Andy asked Kyle if the divorce announcement came as a surprise to her, she said she had no idea about it, but she thinks Yolanda's battle with Lyme disease since 2012 must have been difficult for the couple.

"In some ways, yes. Yes, we didn't know," Kyle said. "I think that they've been struggling, and Yolanda's been so sick. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I have no idea, but it was just really sad."

Heather Dubrow also expressed her sadness over the couple's announcement. "It’s sad. When I hear people are splitting up [it] makes you feel like, is anyone gonna make it? It makes you look at your relationship: Are we stable and good? I am heartbroken," the Real Housewives of Orange County star told The Daily Dish.

"We met them before the show. Yolanda is an amazing mother [and they are a] nice couple. Marriage is hard in general — especially in the spotlight. They both have huge careers."

Heather's husband, Terry, however had a different take on the situation, noting that David had been married three times prior to his relationship with Yolanda, who was married once before to Mohamed Hadid.

“This may be controversial — maybe I shouldn’t say it. I think people who have a history of being married and divorced, get married and divorced," he said. “If you’ve been married and divorced, two, three times, is it surprising? We are zebras; we have stripes. I think people are people [who] have patterns. If you get married and divorced, that’s what you do.”

After finding out about the Foster's announcement, Real Housewives of Melbourne star Pettifleur Berenger sent her love and support to Yolanda on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Real Housewives of Orange County OG Vicki Gunvalson sends her love to the former Dutch model. "My [heart] goes out to @YolandaHFoster & David," she wrote on Twitter. "I've witnessed the horrible things reality tv can do to a marriage & I'm here if you need me! XO."
