Brooks Ayers’ caused a lot of drama during his time on The Real Housewives of Orange County however, Ayers has been award $130,000 in attorney fees in relation to the lawsuit he was involved in over Vicki Gunvalson’s vodka line.
Robert Williamson III sued Gunvalson back in 2013 over claims that she had breached a settlement agreement that had been reached in a previous suit over claims that she failed to promote their Vicki's Vodka line!
Williamson then followed up that suit with a second suit against Ayers, accusing him of several allegations. His claims against Ayers included breach of convenient of good faith and fair dealing, misrepresentations, fraud and omissions, unjust enrichment, civil conspiracy and promissory estoppel, reports OK! Magazine.
However, a Nevada judge ruled in early 2015 that Ayers “in no way breached the contract.” And Williamson was recently ordered to pay Ayers’ lawyers $130,000 over the case.
