Apparently it happened in the back of SUR when Brandi was "wasted." But it didn't end up going down because the one of James' exes was only a few inches away.
"I was about to but then Kristen [Doute] was standing right there, so, I couldn't," the SURver told The Daily Dish. "It was really annoying. [Brandi] kept saying how handsome I was." Turns out Kristen didn't end up giving them the privacy one (or both) of them longed for, but James noted that he would have hooked up with Brandi if given the chance.
Brandi responded to James' story on Twitter. "I DONT know James from Sur! I never kissed him haven't been to any LVP biz in YRs I don't kiss guyS shorter then me & that weigh less #lies," she wrote.

Even Kennedy's ex-girlfriend Kristen Doute shared her thoughts on situation, "he's delusional. what's next? he's a Cosby victim? anything for attention," she wrote.
