Keeping Up With The Biermanns! Last week, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and her family headed to LA as the mother-of-six returned to the Dancing With the Stars dance floor for the Season 21 finale. During their LA trip, Brielle got her lips plumped with filler, as revealed in a video posted by the Don't Be Tardy star on Instagram. "My lips are my biggest insecurity and I'm so happy w[ith] my results now!" wrote Brielle.

Dr. Simon Ourian performed the procedure from his Epione cosmetic surgery center in Beverly Hills. Dr. Ourian is responsible for giving Kylie Jenner her famous pout as well as performing other procedures on Kim and Khloe Kardashian, as seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Dr. Ourian also has a couple fans in Lisa Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
