Kim joined partner Tony Dovolani onstage once again to perform an I Dream of Jeannie-inspired routine, which she was supposed to compete with on the ABC hit show before she had to withdraw from the competition after suffering a mini-stroke in September.
The following month, Kim underwent a successful heart surgery for an underlying heart condition that contributed to her health scare. Watch the performance below!
Kim posted an emotional video on Instagram backstage after the performance. "Crazy moment. Like, for real," a teary-eyed Kim said in the clip. "I was just like, oh my God, I'm so blessed to be here. There's no words."
