According to the lawsuit via TMZ, Krupa says Diamond Dolls, which is located in Pompano Beach, Florida plastered her image on their Instagram page (see ad below) to trick customers back in 2013.

Joanna and her attorneys at the Casas Law Firm say she's put together a sparkling resume as a model, a 'Real Housewife,' and even head judge of "Poland's Next Top Model" -- but the strip joint is destroying her image and reputation.
Krupa also says the club has caused her serious emotional distress. She's suing for unspecified damages.
