The 36-year-old SURver is taking XCALIBUR SHOES to court because they haven’t held up their end of an endorsement deal they ironed out in 2014, according to Wetpaint via TMZ.
According to Jax, the agreement was that he would publicize the shoes in exchange for them giving him $20 for each pair of shoe sold in his collection. Alsot, the former model would receive 10 percent of the total net sales he was responsible for generating.
Now, Jax is saying the company hasn’t been sending him the money he’s earned and estimates the total being at least $25K.
In addition, Jax claims this business relationship has hindered him getting other deals that could have resulted in money because XCALIBUR’s competitors wouldn’t want to work with him.
