As part of her plea deal, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star must attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, stay away from the Bel Air Hotel, where the incident occurred, and do 30 hours of community labor. She will also remain on probation for 36 months.
The community labor assignment is pending because Richards didn’t provide a note to the judge explaining her claims that she has a foot injury that would prevent her from doing the work. A progress report is scheduled for December 14, 2015, and the community service will be addressed at that point, reports Radar Online.
Richards’ most recent struggles began in April when she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge. She briefly entered a rehab facility but then went MIA after relapsing at her daughter Brooke Brinson’s wedding in Mexico.
Following those events, Richards was fired from RHOBH and then arrested on August 2 for shoplifting at a Target store. That case remains open and unresolved.
