Former #RHONJ Star Danielle Staub Is Engaged!

Congrats are in order to Danielle Staub, she's no longer engaged 19 times! The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is engaged to be married! “There was a time when I gave up on finding true love, but then I decided to open my mind, and open my heart, and that’s when I met Joseph,” she tells People. “To all women that have experienced pain and heartbreak, don’t ever give up on love.”

Her soon-to-be-husband is Joseph Masalta of Philadelphia, Penn., according to his Facebook profile. Joe put a ring on it earlier this summer on August 16.

“It is me who is extremely fortunate,” he responded to a well-wisher on social media, according to E! News “Danielle has become an extremely positive influence in my life. Danielle is an awesome mother and best friend.” Danielle also appreciates the outpouring of support. "It helps me start this new journey in the spirit of peace and happiness," she tells People.

The Naked Truth author recently changed her Facebook status from “single” to “engaged.”

"I am overwhelmed and incredibly grateful for the outpouring of well wishes and support. Thank you from the bottom of my heart," Staub tells Us Weekly exclusively. "Joseph has helped me recognize the important things in life. As I embark on this new journey in the spirit of love and forgiveness, I'd like to apologize for mistakes I've made in the past. I feel like a big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and I am finally happy."

According to multiple reports, Masalta (pictured above) is a Navy SEAL Special Warfare and intelligence expert.
