The former model told the photographers not to believe everything they read, claiming the incident was just an “honest mistake.” The SURver revealed that he was drinking at the time the incident occurred.
“There was alcohol involved,” says Taylor. “I think I can afford a pair of glasses! Clearly my credit card was in my hand.”
Jax was with his girlfriend Brittany Cartwright who was also in Hawaii when the Bravo star was arrested, reports The Daily Mail.
During the time of his arrest, the 36-year-old was filming scenes for the Bravo reality series with the Vanderpump Rules cast for his birthday.
