The video opens with an introduction to the cast - Shane, Butch, Macca, Tommo and Cheesy. Moss plays the the wife of 'tradie' Shane Jacobson.
The four-minute short film focuses on Shane, who like the Housewives has a penchant for bling - wearing diamond-encrusted protective goggles.
Former Real Housewife Andrea is introduced halfway through, walking onto the construction site wearing glamorous heels and a leather dress.
'I do like to pop in on my hubby Shane every now and then at work,' she says, bringing lunch to the boys- pies, but low-fat versions.
Seemingly embarrassed in front of his mates, Shane pops up and exclaims 'we really should go sweetheart, sorry boys got a bad back, got a physio appointment' as he tugs Andrea out of the room.
'If he's got a bad back he should get it sorted' Tommo says earnestly before the Tradies National Health Month logo appears onscreen.
