NeNe Leakes Joins ABC Game Show ‘To Tell The Truth’ With Anthony Anderson And Betty White!

She's very rich, bitch! Since announcing that she would not be returning to Real Housewives of Atlanta for season 8, NeNe Leakes has revealed that she's teaming up with the legendary Betty White and Anthony Anderson for ABC's revival of the '50s game show, To Tell the Truth.

"When one door closes, another door opens!!!! Your girl is returning to primetime network TV on the new ABC variety series To Tell the Truth with Betty White, Anthony Anderson, and Jalen Rose," she confirmed on her blog on Wednesday, July 1st. "I start filming tomorrow. Bloop!"

The network will air six episodes in which Leakes, 47, White, 93, and two other celebrity panelists will try to guess which of three contestants are lying, and who is telling the truth. As with the throwback game show, each person will claim to have the same talent, job, or achievement. Anthony Anderson will host the mini-series, with his mom, Doris, acting as scorekeeper, reports US Weekly.

No premiere date has yet been set. The show will tape in front of a live audience in Los Angeles.

The news comes just days after NeNe teased that she was, indeed, working on a new top-secret project. “I’m actually going to be doing a new primetime television show with a big legend,” she told People earlier this week of her post-RHOA plans. "All of my fans will get to see me be really happy, witty and funny and tell all of those one liners that I have always said on Housewives.”

Just because she's headed to primetime with Betty, doesn't mean she's completely closed the door on her RHOA days. “I’m not saying I’m gone forever,” NeNe said on June 29. “I’ll probably pop up and play with those girls every now and then.”
