RHONJ Not Included At This Year’s NBC Upfronts

A new report reveals that the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast will NOT be represented at the NBC Upfronts this year. The upfront are an important network event during which the media is introduced to the upcoming season’s shows on Bravo.

“Amber and Jim weren’t invited to the NBC upfronts this year,” an event source tells RadarOnline.

In fact, “There are cast members from Atlanta, Beverly Hills, New York, and Orange County,” the insider tells Radar, adding, “no one from New Jersey cast is on the list.”

“I think they weren’t invited because the Real Housewives of New Jersey is not going to air this summer,” the source says.

I think this proves more that Bravo is postponing RHONJ until 2016 when Teresa is released from prison.

In a recent interview, Teresa's lawyer confirmed that the mother-of-four was most likely to come back to the Bravo hit series after her prison release.

"Anyone who has watched that show since the very first episode understands that Teresa Giudice is the central figure around which the show revolves," Teresa Giudice's lawyer, James J. Leonard, Jr., told People. "That's not to take anything away from any of the other women, but Teresa has been the focal point for the last six seasons, and I don't expect that to change moving forward, assuming both sides can agree on a contract."
