Former RHOM Star Ana Quincoces Avoids Jail Time!

Ana Quincoces will not spend time behind bars for her March arrest in Key Largo. As we reported, the former Real Housewives of Miami star was arrested for driving with a suspended license.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office deputy who arrested Ana wrote in his report that he and his supervisor gave her fair warning before seizing her license earlier in the morning, instructing her not to drive.

Apparently Ana had been staying at the listing of her real estate agent friend, but the house was absolutely infested with the critters, so she got in the car and drove off. Unfortunately, the police spotted her vehicle and arrested that night her on a misdemeanor charge.

Other reports claim that Ana was on her way to see an ex-boyfriend in Miami, who subsequently called 911 to report a burglary when he found her in his living room, Wetpaint reports.

Quincoces used her ex-husband Robert Rodriguez as her attorney in this case, and she was allowed into the Monroe County pre-trial intervention program, designed to help keep low-level, first-offenders out of jail.

According to a state attorney staffer, if Ana "keeps her record clean for six months and completes 15 hours of community service," she'll avoid spending time behind bars.

I think the moral of the story here is that reality stars should hire Ana's ex-husband to avoid any jail time.
