Shannon Beador Reduces Asking Price On OC Estate To $13 Million

Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador is also having a bit of real estate drama. According to Realtor, the Beador's home has reduced their OC estate listing price to $13 million. The original price of Beador’s home was originally listed in 2013 with a price of nearly $16 million.

Now, two years after, Shannon’s husband, David Beador, relisted their home last month with a half-million-dollar price cut from its listing last year with agent John Cain.

The estate has wrought iron gates, which further accentuates the property’s European Country vibe. The Beador’s mansion was designed by architect Richard Krantz and spans for over half an acre in the highly affluent area of Newport Beach, called Crystal Cove, the LA Times describes.

The house's interior designer was Robert Ricker, and he created the insides of the home with a double height foyer that leads to a grand sweeping staircase, LA Times adds. There are large ballroom-like areas for hosting formal events, two chef’s kitchens, their own fitness gym, a master wing, six bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms.

The $13 million property also boasts of its own half-size indoor basketball court, a massive entertainment room, and its own wood-paneled library. Although the house only has four floors, LA Times says that the house has its own elevator services.

One of the factors that could potentially reel in buyers is its picturesque surroundings. The grounds have been perfectly landscaped and even have formal gardens. It has an outdoor kitchen area, a swimming pool with its own pool house, and its own spa amenities.

Plus, there is even an additional en-suite bedroom outside, which could easily turn into a fantastic guest room. Lastly, those who are interested in purchasing this highly discounted estate can have many guests for their formal events, since the subterranean garage can park up to 11 vehicles, reports Realty Today.
