Alexa — who was a porn star, then quit, and supposedly posed for Playboy — was caught by security cameras at Pier Plaza in Huntington Beach drinking on a beach with a group of friends on July 3, 2014. The 21-year-old was issued a misdemeanor ticket and ordered to appear in court a month later, only she didn’t.
By not showing up for that court appearance, there was a warrant for Alexa’s arrest issued on August 29 with a bail at $500. The warrant was then recalled when Alexa showed up for court on September 12. She avoided conviction during the arraignment by agreeing to a Deferred Entry of Judgment — that means she plead guilty but the court didn’t enter a judgment.
As a result, Alexa had to complete a 6- to 12-month educational program and to stay out of trouble. On top of that she had to provide various things to the state and local DNA Database such as a DNA sample, photograph, and fingerprints. Failure to complete this would result in the two charges equaling six months in jail respectively.
Then, on December 15, Alexa got another bench warrant and bail was set to $10K after failing to show up to a mandatory court appearance. She showed up on February 3, 2015 and the warrant was recalled. Without completing her DEJ program, Alexa then plead guilty to downgraded charges.
“The feeling when you leave court and your [sic] finished with everything you had to do,” Radar quotes in Alexa’s supposedly recent Facebook post. “...I put that next to the feeling of sex and eating in n out [sic].”
