"She has her momma's eyes and her daddy's cheeks," Tamra posted on Instagram, before showing off a close-up of the newborn. Check out photos below!
The proud grandmother also shared more special family pictures from the hospital including one with Ava and her proud new father Ryan (whom Tamra says "hasn't stopped smiling") and one featuring four generations of her family, including Tamra herself and her own mother.
Tamra has already taken her new duties as a grandma very seriously, throwing a special cowgirl-themed shower for Ryan and Sarah back in December and posting photos of recent purchases that include everything from adorable onesies to baby track suits and tiny moccasins.
"I can't wait to see the look on my son's face when his first daughter is born," Tamra previously said about becoming a grandmother. "Meeting your baby for the first time is a moment that a parent never forgets. Now I get to see it through a grandmother's eyes."
