Former
Real Housewives of Orange County star Lydia McLaughlin gave birth to her third son, Roman Scott McLaughlin, on Tuesday, her rep tells Us Weekly. The baby—her third with husband Doug—weighed in at 7 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 inches in length. The proud mother and father quickly shared an adorable snap of their baby joy on Instagram. As for the happy parents, they're ecstatic. "Baby Roman has captured our hearts and just like that our lives are forever changed," she tells the magazine. "We are so grateful to now be a family of five."

Earlier this year, Lydia admitted that she was hoping to have a girl. "As soon as you find out you're having a healthy baby, the gender doesn't matter and you just get excited," she said. "I wouldn't trade my boys for anything. We're going to raise three great little gentlemen, and the world needs more gentlemen."

The McLaughlin household will certainly become a busy one with the addition of Roman, but Lydia and Doug made sure to take time for a relaxing babymoon this summer. The family took an envy-inducing vacation to Italy's Amalfi Coast.
