The Real Housewives of New York City stars Heather Thompson and Carole Radziwill were spotted practicing yoga, trying out TRX Suspension Training, and enjoying the spa over the weekend at Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa.
With all the stress associated with the show, preparation for its next season, product and book launches, appearances and more, a few Zen moments are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for these ladies. Miraval has proven itself a wellness retreat for celebs since it’s opening in 1995 and is held in high regard by the likes of Oprah, Ellen and more!
The trip was also in conjunction of the launch of Heather’s new “Active Collection” as part of her established Yummie brand of shapewear. Out of 10,349 entries, one lucky sweepstakes winner, Kristen Lemaux, and her friend were awarded the opportunity for a trip to the resort and one-on-one time with the celebs themselves!
