Andy Cohen Reveals Cover Art For New Book 'The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look At A Shallow Year'

Andy Cohen's made no secret that he's been hard at work putting the finishing touches on his new book in recent weeks. Now, the Watch What Happens Live host is offering fans a clearer picture at what they can expect: the first look at the cover art. Check it out below!

Designed by famed illustrator Robert Risko—you may know him from his caricatures of celebrities featured in magazines like The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, and Vanity Fair—the image features Andy with his dog Wacha, the beloved beagle-foxhound rescue he adopted last year.

Available November 11, The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year chronicles the life of the Watch What Happens Live host over the last 365 days. Andy takes fans inside the world of New York celebrity, from late nights on the town with his pals to never-before-told tales from the set of his talk show. There are also details on him bombing during an appearance on David Letterman's show, attending the Metropolitan Museum of Art's annual Costume Institute Gala with Sarah Jessica Parker, and hanging out with Lady Gaga on the set of her music video with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast.

Andy Cohen also explains that his new book was inspired by Andy Warhol's legendary Diaries. "If you look at that book, it's a pop culture time capsule, for the period that his diary covered. And my book is very now. It's about the way we live in 2013 and 2014. Warhol loved New York. He loved celebrity. He loved going out. And I share those three loves with him. I'm fascinated by New York celebrity and going out on the town."

Might any A-listers be scared of what Andy might pen about them? "This book is not a mean-spirited book, because I'm not a mean-spirited person," he says. "It's fun. A lot of people have asked me if I'd do a reality show, and I think this book is the closest I'll get to doing one. There's one or two people who I think will know what's in there. But from writing my blog [on Bravotv.com] for so many years, I have a sense of what I can get away with."

The book is available for pre-order at Amazon now.
