Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Star Lisa Vanderpump Will Receive A Star On The Palm Springs Walk Of Stars!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump is no stranger to my hometown, Plam Springs, California. As a frequent visitor and supporter, the former Queen of Jeffrey Sanker’s White Party Palm Springs, will receive the 372nd star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars on July 30th.

Vanderpump will glide down the “pink carpet” for the 9 a.m. star dedication, hosted by Palm Springs Councilmember Paul Lewin and Robert Alexander, president of the Palm Springs Walk of Stars, in front of Plaza Mercado, 155 S. Palm Canyon Drive.

Speakers include White Party founder Sanker and Vanderpump’s close friend, Lance Bass, former member of the pop band ‘N Sync. In addition, Ruby’s at Plaza Mercado will serve “pink” milkshakes in honor of Vanderpump’s favorite color.

Her star announcement comes as Vanderpump, along with her pooch Giggy, will lead the way down Palm Canyon Drive on Dec. 6 as the Celebrity Grand Marshal for the city’s signature holiday event, the 23rd annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade.

As a frequent visitor, Vanderpump has brought visibility and awareness to the Palm Springs community. She launched her highly successful Simply Divine book tour in downtown Palm Springs, and is a supporter of the city’s vibrant LGBT community and the Desert AIDS Project.

As one of the stars of the hit Bravo TV series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which last season filmed an episode in Palm Springs, Vanderpump can be seen hosting dinner parties and running her elegant Beverly Hills eatery, Villa Blanca.

Fans can also catch Lisa on her spin-off show, Vanderpump Rules, which centers around SUR, her exclusive West Hollywood restaurant and lounge. She also owns the stylish PUMP Lounge in West Hollywood.

Finally a Real Housewife star will be honored in my hometown, I'm so vanderPUMPED, can't wait!

I wonder if Kyle Richards will attend since she just bought a house in the desert. I also wonder if any of the RHOBH ladies will be in attendance? I have a feeling that the Bravo camera crew will be in attendance filming this event for the upcoming season of RHOBH, but I guess we have to wait and see.
