Alexis says that none of the RHOC ladies are her best friends but makes it clear that she is very close friends with both Vicki and Lydia. Alexis also mentions she is friendly with Tamra and Heather but her and Gretchen, nothing has changed between them and she is not willing to be friends with her again, but does say she doesn't hold any grudges and wishes her nothing but the best.
