Chyka Keebaugh is the director of The Big Group, one of
Chyka Keebaugh and her husband Bruce established The Big
Group in 1990. The Big Group is recognised as a dynamic leader in the high-end
catering and event management arena and heralded for its superbly chic parties.
Inventive and pioneering by nature, Chyka’s ideas have been
put into practice at The Design Depot, a separate company formed by The Big
Group five years ago to offer styling, theming and management of incredible
events and stunning private celebrations.
The Big Group and The Design Depot collaborate to
orchestrate thousands of events annually. These range from luxury boutique
openings and at-home parties for family and friends, to national road shows and
major events such as the Melbourne Cup, AFL grand finals and international
weddings. The team has just returned from three weeks in Middle
East working on a royal wedding for 2000 guests. From there they
went to the Isle of Capri to work on a wedding, followed by a magnificent party
in Buenos Aires
