Meet The Real Housewives of Melbourne!

Finally! It's official! After many months of speculation and rumors, Australia just announced their version of the Real Housewives with The Real Housewives of Melbourne. We reported a few weeks ago that Andrea Moss and Gina Liano were going to be part of the cast. Today the Herald Sun revealed the cast photo of all of the wives (pictured above) along with a bio of each housewife. As you can see there's a total of  six housewives, check out their bio's below!

It's official - the cast of The Real Housewives of Melbourne has been decided. 
  
The six ladies came together in Prahran this afternoon for a photo shoot.

The show will follow the format of the massively successful American franchise, that includes series from Beverly Hills, New York, Atlanta and Miami.

The six ladies chosen for the first ever Australian version are:

ANDREA MOSS: A former TV journalist who now runs the Liberty Belle skin care and plastic surgery clinic with her husband Dr Chris Moss.

GINA LIANO: Well known Melbourne barrister who is the sister of fashion designers Bettina and Teresa Liano.

CHYKA KEEBAUGH: Co-founder of the very successful Big Group catering company with her husband Bruce.

JANET ROACH: Well known in Melbourne, Roach works as a property developer.

LYDIA SCHIAVELLO: Studying to be a interior designer.

JACKIE GILLIES: Works as a professional psychic. The wife of Silverchair member Ben Gillies. Has recently moved from Sydney.

The series has just started filming and will air on Foxtel next year.


This makes it the second English speaking international Real Housewives show within the franchise making The Real Housewives of Vancouver the first. Are you all excited for The Real Housewives of Melbourne? I know we are! We LOVE international housewives! Let us know your thoughts!
