Teresa Giudice Selling Her New Jersey Mansion For $2.5 Million After Finalizing Divorce From Joe Giudice!

Teresa Giudice listed her Montville, New Jersey, mansion and is selling it for approximately $2.5 million. It's the same home that she shared with now ex-husband Joe Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star listed the home a day after her divorce from Joe was finalized.

The sale of the home is being handled by one of New Jersey’s top real estate agents, Michelle Pais. She is allegedly set to play a large role in the next season of the Bravo hit reality show. There are even rumors that she could become a new “Housewife.”

Asked why Giudice is selling the place, a source told Page Six, “Teresa’s just ready to start a new chapter.”

According to an advance copy of a press release about the property, seen by the publication, it’s “situated on nearly 4 acres of private property” and “perfectly encaptures luxury living.”

“The gourmet kitchen features a massive granite island & butler’s pantry; a banquet sized formal dining room and a private wine cellar are within close proximity,” the release reads via Page. “The first floor also includes an expansive two story great room with soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.”
