Apollo Nida Reportedly On The Hunt For Millions In Phaedra Parks Divorce!

The Daily Mail reports that Apollo Nida is hoping to net millions of dollars in a new settlement with his Real Housewives Of Atlanta estranged wife Phaedra Parks. Nida, who is currently in prison for racketeering, is suspicious she did not disclose the full extent of their assets in the initial divorce proceedings.

According to TMZ, he is hoping to net a big windfall from the division of property which he claims includes a million-dollar marital home, millions in personal property and several businesses.

He is also hoping to secure joint legal custody of their sons Ayden, six, and three-year-old Dylan.

Parks' rep Steve Honig previously issued a statement regarding Nida and his fiancée, calling the situation 'very confusing.'

"It's very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage," Parks' rep, Steve Honig, told Us Weekly. "Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children."

A judge threw Parks' case out after she "intentionally misspelled the parties names" as "Nita" instead of "Nida."

The judge also believed she mislead her estranged husband into thinking he could attend hearings - according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Nida, who filed his own divorce on December 2 - reportedly never received documents confirming the divorce was final and was never informed of the final hearing.

Phaedra and Apollo officially separated in 2014 after nearly five years of marriage, and they have two sons.

Nida is currently serving an eight-year sentence for racketeering at Fort Dix Correctional Facility where Real Housewives of New Jersey's Joe Giudice, husband of Teresa Giudice is also serving a 36-month sentence.

While in the New Jersey prison, Apollo announced he was engaged to Pennsylvania realtor Sherien Almufti on November 14.
