The rest of The Real Housewives of Orange County cast started filming Season 16 after Heather Dubrow, who is returning to the series after leaving after five seasons in 2017, confirmed earlier this week that she began filming the series.
Shannon Storms Beador, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Emily Simpson along with rumored newbies Noella Bergener and Nicole James have begun filming the upcoming new season of the Bravo hit reality series.
At the event, Emily and Gina were spotted visiting Beador while a camera crew captured it for the new season.
Instagram fan page, The RHOC Scoop, shared the image on their page which they captioned the post, "Season 16 has officially commenced! So far, Heather, Shannon, Emily, Gina, as well as newbie Nicole James have been spotted filming! The other new housewife Noelle Bergener has not yet been spotted filming. I’d expect the first all group event in the next coming week or so."
They added the hashtags, "#RHOC #ShannonStormsBeador #EmilySimpson #GinaKirschenheiter #HeatherDubrow #NicoleJames #NoellaBergener #Season16"
Meanwhile, Gina confirmed that she and Emily were filming as she posted a selfie of the two while the camera crew is seen in the background.
She captioned the post, "Just getting back after it with my bestie @rhoc_emilysimpson ❤️ I love doing this with you babe! #bestiesforlife #rhoc"
While newbies Noella and Nicole have yet to be spotted filming with the rest of the cast. The potential newbies seemingly confirmed their participation by sharing photos of them getting glammed up for the new season via their Instagram Stories.
UPDATE: Simpson shared multiple photos via her Instagram Story about filming the new season.
She then shared a photo of herself with Kirschenheiter and Beador.
She captioned the post, “Orange you glad I’m back ? 🍊#RHOC #SWEETSIXTEEN”
As for the rumored newbies Bergener and James, Noella shared a clip via her Instagram Story where she has seen hanging out with Nicole.
Last week, Heather confirmed that she started filming the new season of RHOC. The mother-of-four captioned the Instagram post, “Here we go … #dejavu #sweet16 #RHOC 🍊”
The news comes after was revealed last month that Lyn Vargas along with Kelly Dodd, Braunwyn Windham-Burke was not asked to return to RHOC for the show's upcoming Season 16. According to reports, Bravo decided not to renew their contracts.
A spokesperson confirmed the news to Variety about Windhand-Burke, Lyn Vargas, and Dodd’s departures.
Shannon, Gina, and Emily, however, are all returning for Season 16. They will be joined by former Housewife Heather Dubrow, who originally left the series in 2017 after five seasons. Variety added that one or two new women will also join the cast.
However, it was reported that Braunwyn’s best friend Noella is joining the cast for Season 16 after Windham-Burke’s firing.
“Noella is coming on board as a cast member for the new season, though Braunwyn will not be returning,” a source told The Sun. “They tested her out before the firing decisions were made. She has good chemistry with other potential new cast members.”
Multiple social media pages are reporting that Nicole is joining the cast of Season 16. The Bravo Guru reported the following: “Filming for Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is set to begin this month and here’s an update on the new cast shakeup‼️” The outlet continued, “It is rumored that Noella Bergener and Nicole James will be the new housewives joining the show next season. The new girls have connections with Heather who will most likely introduce them to the group.”
The page added, “Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange County is expected to premiere on Bravo at a later date. Filming begins very soon!”
That’s not all. It’s also being rumored that Tamra Judge is also returning to RHOC as a “friend.”
