Kyla Kirkpatrick has listed her Ivanhoe investment apartment for sale as she prepares to make her Real Housewives of Melbourne debut later this year.
The 42-year-old businesswoman, known as the 'Champagne Dame', is selling the two-bedroom property with a price guide of $500,000 to $550,000, reports realestate.com.au.
The eighth-floor home has panoramic city views and dramatic full-height windows, with on-site facilities including a heated pool, gym, and private entertaining room, according to The Daily Mail Australia.
The kitchen boasts stone benches with an integrated dishwasher and electric oven, with the room flowing seamlessly to the lounge and dining area, reports the publication. The property also includes a spacious balcony and two beautiful bedrooms which feature built-in wardrobes.
It's one of many properties the savvy entrepreneur owns, with her portfolio worth about $4.5million in total.
Kyla is the CEO and founder of two companies, Emperor Champagne and The Champagne Dame. Kirkpatrick also runs Champagne Dame, which she launched in 2008. The business aims to educate people about Champagne and Kyla travels to France each year to take customers on private tours of the country's best vineyards.
Kyla, who is the mother to her six-year-old daughter Arlington, recently told Daily Mail Australia that signing up for the popular Foxtel reality series was a massive 'change of pace' for her.
'It's not unusual to find me still in my office after an intense 12-hour day and it's often six days a week, not to mention presenting after hours or on weekends,' she said.
Newbies Anjali Rao, Kyla Kirkpatrick, and Cherry Dipietrantonio were revealed last year in 2020 prior to the show going on a long hiatus due to the pandemic. They will be joined by new cast member Simone Elliott.
