Ashley Darby Welcomes Second Son With Husband Michael Darby!

Ashley Darby welcomed her second child, a baby boy. The Real Housewives of Potomac star confirmed the news in a video via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.

“This is our sweet baby born today,” Ashley said while laying with her newborn in a hospital bed. “He is absolutely incredible and amazing and we are over-the-moon excited. Michael just left the hospital to go be with [our eldest son] Dean and give him some loving. It’s crazy how much I miss my son right now, even though I’m so happy and so blissful with this little guy. I just want us all to be together as a family, and I know it will happen soon.”

Ashley also shared a photo via Instagram Story of her husband giving her a kiss on the cheek after giving birth. 

She simply captioned the post, “Feeling the love ❤️”

In September 2020, Darby confirmed that she's pregnant with her second child with husband Michael Darby one year after becoming a mom. The Bravo reality star announced the news via Instagram.

“There’s no hiding this big belly anymore,” she wrote on Tuesday, September 8, alongside a video announcing her pregnancy. “We are elated to share our news with you! To say we are thankful is an absolute understatement ♥️ #RHOP.”

In the clip, the former beauty queen and her husband let their 13-month-old son, Dean, share the happy news. “Dean has an announcement to make…” the Instagram video read before a photo of Dean wearing a shirt that read “I’m gonna be a big brother” appeared onscreen.

In November 2020, Darby revealed the sex of her then-unborn baby on Instagram. “Michael has lived in Washington DC for almost 30 years, but this is a bike ride different than any one he’s taken before,” she wrote on Instagram, on Thursday, November 19. 

The businessman is seen riding his bike around Washington, D.C., the bike ride ended with Michael being greeted by Ashley and their son Dean with a banner that reads: “It's a boy!!!”
