Monique Samuels And Jamal Bryant’s ‘RHOP’ Season 5 Reunion Drama Turns Legal!

The drama between the Samuels and Bryants continues following the Real Housewives of Potomac season five reunion.

After Monique came for Gizelle Bryant's relationship with Pastor Jamal Pastor during Part 1 of the reunion via her now-iconic binder, the Atlanta-based pastor issued out a cease-and-desist letter.

According to TMZ, Jamal accused Monique of “maliciously spreading inaccurate and unfounded information” on television.

However, Monique is responding to Jamal's legal request with one of her own, according to court documents obtained by All Abot The Tea

“Your claims against Mrs. Samuels in your cease and desist letter are false, have no merit, and are baseless by their very nature. Specifically, in your cease and desist letter you claim that Mrs. Samuels falsely accused you of having inappropriate relationships with members of your congregation. This allegation, however, is false and has no merit as Mrs. Samuels has irrefutable proof of your egregious sexual conduct with a woman you have been seeing for the past eight years, as well as others.”

Monique’s attorney sent Jamal a letter doubling down on her reunion statements — saying she “has irrefutable proof of your egregious sexual conduct with a woman you have been seeing for the past eight years, as well as others.”

Meanwhile, Jamal claims Monique mentioning his phone number during the reunion caused him harm. However, her attorney points out in legal docs that Bravo edited out the number from airing on television.

Monique's husband, former NFL lineman Chris Samuels, is also firing back at Bryant with a cease and desist letter of his own. Samuels claims Bryant has been spreading lies and disparaging remarks about him on social media, claiming he's abusive to Monique because he has CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopath), that he cheated on her and verbally assaulted another woman.

Chris wants Jamal to remove all of his social media posts in which he talks about him and issue a public apology within 3 days or he plans to sue.
